Event Information

I'm hosting a table for ten - a three course British-based menu served in my modern dining room at home in Bruton - renowned for its food and art, so I'm hopefully paying homage to both at my supper party!

Menu

Cream of celeriac soup with pan-fried curried scallops
or
Butternut squash soup with pancetta lardons

Brixham cod loin with pressed pork belly, crushed Jersey Royals, pea puree, spiced apple and chorizo crumbs
or
Wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil and crispy sage leaves

Bread and butter pudding with Cointreau-soaked raisins and home-made coconut ice cream
