WeFiFo are supporting Rick Stein's fish supper campaign. The event is a delicious, fun way to bring friends and family together for a great meal inspired by the sea. The funds raised help support volunteer crews who drop everything — even leaving their meals on the table to go into action when the call comes. Please do still come if you don't like fish if you let me know when you book we can rustle up another dish you can tuck in to.
A large slate of seafood and charcuterie served with bread. Followed by;

Served with Persian rice and a selection of salads -pull up a chair, take a taste, join in, pass it around, chat, tell me your favourite, guess the ingredients but above all else enjoy the sharing.
Home made meringues served with fresh fruit and clouds of whipped cream. I will try and make as many different flavours as time allows so there could be popcorn and salted caramel, raspberry, passion fruit, lemon, chocolate and hazelnut and of course strawberry. There might even be some little ones for you to take home and share.
Then there is the mega cheeseboard - we are going to make a special trip to Waitrose for tonight. There will be a selection of foreign and local cheese some hard, some soft - so soft they are practically gooey served with grapes, walnuts, figs, biscuits, membrillo, a plethora of biscuits.
Fresh coffee served with a variety of after dinner mints - not just after eights - tonight we will bring out the posh stuff. There is also Yorkshire tea, mint tea, green tea, liquorice tea, pomegranate and apple tea and decaf coffee if anyone wants one.
