Come and join me in my dining room in Poole to enjoy a delicious 5 course dinner including canapés and a glass of fizz to kick the evening off !! Everything is home made by me including the individual brioche and chocolate truffles! My last guests loved it!!

Surprise canapés and a glass of Cava

Scallop and prawn roulade with a cauliflower puree

Gin and Tonic sorbet

Roasted Pork belly with crispy crackling, caramelised apples, fondant potato, butternut squash puree and seasonal vegetables.

Trio of apple and toffee desserts. Vegetarian options available on request.
