At the start of each class there is a “Spice Breaker” to explain which spices are used in Indian cuisine followed by an introduction to the dishes that YOU will prepare on the day.
Then comes the fun bit, where you will be guided step by step to prepare fresh authentic and vibrant dishes to be proud of!
There's even going to be a Competition time!
