If you already know the basics of cooking and want to further your knowledge then our Intermediate Cooking Days are for you. In these classes we cover a range of different dishes that will advance your skills in the kitchen.

These are individual days out of our 5 day Advanced and Chalet Course, for those that can’t make the whole week or just fancy doing a day or 2.

Our knowledgeable chefs are always on hand to help to ensure each dish turns out perfectly. In each class you will cook something delicious and get to eat it in our kitchens.

The morning begins with a demonstration showing you how to prepare the courses ahead and an explanation of the technical details of each dish. You will then eat what you have cooked for lunch. In the afternoon you will have another demo along with doing some more cooking.

After taking part in a full day course it is likely you will want to complete the rest of the week!
