Hi I'm Elena , Business Partner at Spanish Olive Oil School based in London. I've always been a fan of home cooking and eating with best produce and a good Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Since I moved into London I started taking care of my diet and eating properly to keep me healthy & also playing sports to stay fit after so many hours commuting and working. I met Mar when playing racket sports and she told me she had an olive oil business.I admired her so much ! I'm from North of Spain and she's from the South , she's so extrovert and a truly passionate woman with plenty of knowledge about the world of olive oil. We want to share now our passion and knowledge with you in our tasting sessions via the recently created Spanish Olive Oil School. Every single oil is unique and it enhances the attributes of your fruits, vegetables,fish , meat or cereals in a particular way.
