Bio
After far too long in the corporate world, I gave it all up in 2002 to follow my passion for food, wine and entertaining others and took a diploma in Food and wine at Leiths in London. I then ran my own restaurant in Fowey Cornwall for three years where we won the Remy Maarten award for the South west from Hardens guides. After selling up in 2008 I managed to combine my love of cooking with my other passion of being on the water and spent three years on a catamaran doing gourmet charters in the Grenadines and then spent three years as a yacht chef in the Bahamas on a 108' Motor yacht. I have now returned to Poole in Dorset where I am running the occasional supper club at my home and working as a freelance chef doing Dinner parties and cocktail parties at my clients homes.
