Join us for an exhilarating day of yoga with a delightful brunch all set on the shores of beautiful Holywell beach.
With over ten years experience as a certified yoga instructor, Eva Kristova of the popular Yoga Life in Eastbourne, will lead our yoga session with her usual grace and positivity. After our class, we will enjoy a healthy brunch which I will prepare with lots of love to refresh and replenish with a healthy sweet treat to end a delightful morning.
See you on the beach!

Went ok but there seemed to be some technical problems and it was hard to hear host at times. Recipe was ok but didn't match the ingredients our host actuslly used quantity wise.

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
