What a great way to spend a couple of hours, Bush was a fantastic teacher, very patient and knowledgeable about the ingredients and the processes, making the whole experience first class. If you get a chance to take part in one of his demonstrations then please dont hesitate to sign up, i promise you will not regret it. The end results were spectacular and the finished dishes were truly authentic and beyond delicious. To sum up, if you want to try some authentic, traditional Indian cuisine created and executed by an exceptional chef, then this is place to do that. Could not speak more highly of Bush and his food....exceptional 5*

Great event, many thanks to Bush for hosting and stepping us through some of the intricacies of Indian food preparation. Lovely menu, delicious flavours and we learnt a lot whilst having fun. Thank you!
