With festive prosecco cocktails on arrival, our feasting table will include canapés such as;
Moroccan Spiced pumpkin soup shots with moringa
Grazing platter with grilled baby aubergines, radishes, roasted peppers, homemade beetroot hummus, spiced peanut butter & other dips
Main courses to include:
Moroccan Spiced Stuffed Butternut Squash with Barley, Heritage Carrots, Sweet Peppers & Pomegranate (V)
Senegalese Lamb Yassa, Heritage Carrots, & Onion Grazy
low cooked lamb with caramelised onions, mustard & lemon
Roasted baby potatoes with fennel seeds & thyme
Spice Roasted Plantains
Smoked jollof rice
Jollof rice is a popular West African dish. The party wouldn't be complete without it.
Spiced Apple Puff Puffs with Spice Chocolate Dip
Fluffy deep-fried doughnuts with apples
Tea and coffee.
You can also bring your preferred drinks!
Please send a message for any dietary requirements. Nuts may be included in some of the dishes, Please let me know if you have any allergies.
There is limited space for only 6. You can also book this as a your private Christmas feast on your preferred date!

Went ok but there seemed to be some technical problems and it was hard to hear host at times. Recipe was ok but didn't match the ingredients our host actuslly used quantity wise.

Lovley there were a few challenges with guests logging on which meant we were delayed by 20 mins not the lovely lists fault .good instructions v friendly lovley vibe . I personally didn’t like the flavour and consistency of the dish but it was a fun experience and I so appreciate she did the class for free xx

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
