A welcome drink to kick things off
Roasted papadums with my home made raw green mango pickle and dips followed by a mini Indian cookery class where my guests will learn to prepare their own starters from scratch using freshly roasted spices and spice blends!
This will be followed by a warming bowl of Rasam (a South Indian tamarind and lentil soup)
Guests will then tuck into their starters with an assortment of chutneys and dips
Thalis will follow - traditional Indian plates filled with an assortment of curries, side dishes, main course accompaniments and salads
The evening will finish with home made Indian dessert (think carrot halwa or Indian icecream called kulfi)
There will be a fresh Indian after dinner treat!
