Event Information

Wow, how time flies when you're having fun. We're delighted to be celebrating our 2nd anniversary and would love for you to join us. £10 of each ticket sold will go towards sponsorship of Amber (one half of the Good Thymes team) taking part in the Gap Medic scheme in her pursuit to become a doctor. https://www.fundmytravel.com/amber-deschamps/launched-campaigns
We open up our lovely home in leafy Ladywell to 12 guests. We have an open plan kitchen/dining area so you can see all the cooking action

To celebrate we have chosen some of our favourite dishes from past events but added a twist. For example, we've brought back from the C'est La Vie night, Crème Brulee but we'll be doing a lavender & honey version. We're also bringing back from our Viva Espana night Rioja pear cake but revamping it as Rioja pear & almond cake with slow roasted rhubarb and sherry vanilla ice cream.

Coconut & sweet potato & chilli soup - Deliciously creamy soup with just the right amount of kick
KFC- Spicy Korean fired chicken wings

Mains
Sticky Jerk Salmon served with rice & peas, mango slaw and salad - Our special jerk seasoning is bound to put some fire in your belly
Beef bourguignon with Dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables - Tender beef slow cooked in red wine & creamily indulgent Dauphinoise potatoes

Desserts
Almond & pear cake, slow roasted rhubarb and home-made sherry vanilla ice cream.
