Middle Eastern/Mediterranean Mezze and Tapas style menu with a private dinning experience. There will be a minimum of 10 dishes served all made from fresh ingredients and tailored to tastes and allergies and every time it is individual and unique.

Halloumi with Sumac and Mint - Crisp, golden, salty halloumi seasoned with Sumac, mint, parsley and garlic, what's not to like.
Moorish Crunch Salad – This is guaranteed to get the old taste buds going, there is not a salad leaf in sight instead the salad is made up of carrots, radish, apples, raisins, parsley and mint, with a dressing of tahini, sherry vinegar and warm toasted sesame seeds to give it an extra crunch.
Catalan chick pea salad – this delicious warm salad relies on just a handful of ingredients, chorizo, chickpeas, bay leaf (grown in my parents back garden), tomato, red onion and roasted pine nuts – you will be fighting over the empty plate to soak up the leftover juices.
Dakos is a type of Middle Eastern bruschetta. Tomatoes, onions, black olives, capers and parsley are all chopped up together drizzled with olive oil and red wine vinegar and then mixed up and served on crusty toasted bread …. Mmm!

And now for the hot stuff …..
I have recently just got back from Iceland and we ate some fantastic fish dishes, they really do know how to make fish a bit more interesting, so in homage to our trip the next dish up is Fiery Salmon. Turmeric, paprika, cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic, garam masala, chilli and lemon juice go together to marinate the salmon for up to 24 hours making the fish tender, melt in your mouth delicious. The dish is served on a bed of wild rice and accompanied by a yogurt, mint and cucumber dip.
Aubergine Chermoula – Originally from North Africa this dish is tangy, sweet, fresh and chutney like- impossible to resist and highly moreish. Aubergine, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, raisins, pepper, vinegar, tomatoes and honey are some of the unlikely ingredients that somehow blend together to produce this delight.
Roast butternut squash with a spicy tahini dressing - A secret mixture of lemon, garlic, chilli, tahini and parsley is drizzled over warm butternut squash and garnished with toasted walnuts and pine nuts, guaranteed to disappear as soon as it hits the table.
Pollo al ajillo – This flavoursome chicken dish finds its way onto most tapas menus and is simple to make. The star of the dish is oak smoked sweet paprika which is marinated into the chicken along with garlic, lemon juice, brandy and cloves.
and now for the best bit
Tiramisu – a classic desert found on all Italian menus. Mascarpone and eggs are whipped up in to a frenzy and then layered in-between espresso coffee soaked sponge.
If anyone can find the space there is some cheese available, served with grapes and a selection of biscuits. Just let me know if you would like some.
Freshly ground Brazilian coffee served with a variety of after dinner mints. Our variety of liqueur coffees knows no bounds. We have whiskey both Irish and Scottish, Brandy, Tia Maria, Baileys, Tequila, Rum, Amaretto, you name it we’ve got it!!!
There is also Yorkshire tea, mint tea, pomegranate and apple tea and decaf coffee if anyone wants one.
