A - Methi Chicken - This recipe uses one of my favourite ingredients methi or fenugreek which you can find in all Indian kitchens, onions and tomatoes are slow fried to produce a dark sticky sauce that coats the chunks of chicken and potato beautifully.

OR

B - Aubergine Curry- lemon grass and coconut milk is the base of this dish, add to it caramelized aubergine and fresh curry leaves and this fragrant curry tastes as good as it smells.

Two side dishes will be served with the curries.

Pay online via wefifo so no money changes hands and you don't have to touch a card terminal. I am doing it at cost price, putting as many precautions in place as is possible. Please don't come out if you have any Covid19 symptoms, if you have to self isolate and need the food to be dropped off let me know when you book and I will do my best to get it to you.

I'll be watching out for you so when you get here park in front of the house or on the drive, stay in your car and I will come out and put the pre packed food on the back seat or in the boot.

If in the near future you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or are just fed up of cooking your own tea get in touch and I can rustle up something delicious to either drop ready to eat or leave you with something that you can put in the oven. Alternatively the current government guidelines are that you can eat out in your bubble so if you want to come here for dinner let me know.
