To start the evening off Ginception are serving up a Batch Industrial Gin served with fever tree tonic and garnished with sage and apricots which will go well with all things charcuterie, 6 different types of salamis, 4 different types of olives and 5 different types of cheeses served with a variety of breads to tear and share.

Tortilla - A Spanish classic with only three ingredients, eggs, potatoes and onions but done well it is a miraculous thing.

We are going to do something sexy with tomatoes.....

Roasted peppers with sea salt and olive oil - Pedron peppers if I can get hold of some if not just ordinary peppers made extraordinary.

A tapas menu isn't complete without some sort of chorizo dish - TBC

Next up is Batch Buddha's Hand served with mediterranean tonic and garnished with grapefruit and star anise which will make your taste buds come alive as you sip it eating the wonderful Fideaus a seafood dish originally from the coast of Valencia which is similar to paella but uses pasta (yes pasta) instead of rice - don´t knock it till you´ve tried it!

And relax ......

For dessert we are pairing up with Black Powder Chilli Chocolate served with half and half and garnished with orange zest and chocolate flakes which will bring out the tanginess of the sticky orange polenta cake served with an orange and cardamom drizzle.


Coffee will be served with Batch Gin Rummy served with cola (What GIN and COLA!) and garnished with lime over ice, with some Booja Booja chocolates. I am reliably informed that this will blow your mind!
