A 6-course taster menu at Louie Louie from Chef Jack Hancock, owner of Hearth Restaurant.
Jack has had some beef spending an extra long time in the salt ageing chamber to develop new and intense flavours. As there is a very limited amount he has been saving it for a special occasion, which happens to be a supper club at Louie Louie!
