I will do all the hard work and leave the final stage of the dish for you to finish off at home. The shawarma will come in a tray ready for you to skewer and pop in the oven, it takes about 30 minutes to cook.

There will also be two side dishes, a herb salad and a coleslaw, a tahini sauce and some cook at home flat bread dough and garlic butter to wrap the shawarma up in. If you don't want coriander in yours let me know when you book.

Spice wise the dish is fragrant rather than spicy but if you like yours with a kick let me know when you pick it up and I'll pop a chilli spice tub in your pack.

A - I will have mine with chicken please.

B - I will have mine vegan with mushroom and aubergine.

The most authentic way to eat it is to build it like a pizza then roll it and it eat it hand held but you can also build it and eat it flat like a pizza ...

Flatbread, then garlic butter, herb salad, coleslaw, shawarma, finally a good drizzle of tahini dressing. If you want to be really dirty get yourself some chips!
