Event Information

This is an outside event and will be very much subject to the good old Lancashire weather. £5.00 of the ticket price will go to the venue as a donation helping them to upkeep and expand the amazing creative space for the community to enjoy. If you are coming along this is a test event so it may be magical and then again in might all go horribly wrong. Canalside Activity Centre is at the end of Bonsal Street, Mill Hill.

I love Middle Eastern cuisine, far more than just ‘the land of milk and honey’ the region is rich in oils, spices, fruits and flowers and tonight we are bringing you a treasure box of ingredients.

Expect dish after dish of amazing food using tahini, aubergine, harrisa, z'atar, labneh, pomegranate molasses, coriander, lamb, chicken, cauliflower all cooked on a roaring fire.

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements please do send me a message before you book just to be on the safe side as it may not be possible for me to cater for this. The cooking facilities are limited but I promise you won't go home hungry.

Bring your own drinks folks as there is no bar in the field but there is a compost toilet!
