CLASS NOW FULL.
Curious about West African food and how to capture those vibrant flavours into your cooking? Join chef & cookery writer, Lerato Umah-Shaylor for her masterclass where you will learn to cook her modern recipes for famous West African dishes, and be inspired to make them your own.
Her cookery classes are fabulously fun and hands-on; inspired by Lerato's childhood on the continent and her love for vibrant African flavours, using the best of African and British produce.

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
