Event Information

I'm really looking forward to presenting this particular Thai-themed supper club as I love the delicate fusion of so many interesting herbs and spices; flavours like Galangal, lemongrass, coriander, ginger and of course so many different types of rice, pineapple, Jasmin and sticky, not forgetting delicious rice cake for dessert. . In the Massaman curry paste alone there are 15 different spices. authentic miniature, not forgetting Thai chili peppers, along with oodles of coconut milk.

Oven roasted tangy sticky succulent pork ribs on a bed of crispy salad (GF)

TOM KA
Fragrant Thai coconut soup with lemongrass and ginger served with pan fried Thai-style roti (Vegan/GF on request)

MAINS
THAI PUMPKIN CURRY
Vibrant pumpkin curry with flavours of citrus and coconut - served with fragrant jasmine rice & stir fried okra with garlic, chillies and lime (Vegan & GF)

MASSAMAN BEEF CURRY
Deliciously rich, slow cooked beef curry, sprinkled with peanuts served with stir fried okra with garlic, chillies and lime and sticky rice (GF)

TRADITIONAL THAI RICE CAKES
Mochi-like rice cakes with layers of jasmine and strawberry (GF/vegan)
