Hi Simon - looking forward to trying supper club. Wanted to let you know that I am allergic to strawberries and intolerant to dairy. I am fine with eggs and butter, but any volume of milk and cream isn't good. Appreciate this could limit by menu options, but aside from dessert I think I can manage around it. Thanks in advance, Laura

Hi Laura, thanks for letting me know. Yes the dessert should be fine as I will omit the cream for you. You should be aware the croquettes are made with milk and the risotto and bone marrow mash do contain cream. I appreciate this may make the menu quite challenging for you.
Thanks Simon - I can miss the starter no problem. Any chance I could just have plain potatoes or something like mustard mash instead? Thanks so much :)

Excellent chef with good communication skills. Simon talked to everyone after we had eaten his delicious food and had time for us all The whole evening was delightful so many thanks to Simon and his team and to Waitrose I can’t wait for a repeat!

Charming - although not too keen to share his recipes which was a shame and would have been good to have been able to take a wine list home forfuture reference. The Waitrose staff were really good. Might have been nice to have a coffee to finish with but the cafe coffee machines had been turned off. Would love to do again to try different cuisine
