Middle Eastern/Mediterranean Mezze and Tapas style menu with a private dinning experience. There will be a minimum of 10 dishes served all made from fresh ingredients and tailored to tastes and allergies and every time it is individual and unique.

Radish, cucumber, red onion salad with mint and orange blossom dressing. Looks good, tastes divine

Yogurt, cucumber and mint dip served with plump golden raisins, warm walnuts and sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.

Piyaz, which is a Turkish White Bean Salad – This is a staple salad in Turkey and the tahini gives it an extra dimension. Cannellini beans, red onions, chilies, parsley and garlic are dressed with lemon, tahini, red wine vinegar and garlic to give these humble beans a makeover.

Marinated Feta Cheese – this has become a firm favourite and is deliciously simple to make. The cheese is marinated for 24 hours with olive oil, garlic, lemon, sea salt, red onion, chilies and coriander - throw caution to the wind and just dive in with your bread and scoop up the chunks of cheese.
and now for the hot stuff .....
Aubergine Chermoula – Originally from North Africa this dish is tangy, sweet, fresh and chutney like- impossible to resist and highly moreish. Aubergine, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, raisins, pepper, vinegar, tomatoes and honey are some of the unlikely ingredients that somehow blend together to produce this delight.

Pan fried Spanish saffron and rosemary chicken fillets. Who knew saffron and rosemary went together so well, to be honest it doesn’t sound right but I have cooked this dish three times and every time the dish has come back empty.

Albondigas – you will always find these on tapas menus. The thing that makes these homemade beef meatballs special is the sauce. The meatballs are first fried in an onion and garlic infused olive oil until golden brown then a slightly spicy sun dried tomato pasata is added. This is then simmered until reduced to a thick, picante, yummy deep sunny sauce.

Zesty lemon Meringue pie with mountains of soft meringue, this will make your tongue tingle and your mouth water.

Selection of cheese some hard, some soft - so soft they are practically gooey served with walnuts, grapes and a variety of biscuits.

Freshly ground Brazilian coffee served with a variety of after dinner mints. Our variety of liqueur coffees knows no bounds. We have whiskey both Irish and Scottish, Brandy, Tia Maria, Baileys, Tequila, Rum, Amaretto, you name it we’ve got it!!! There is also Yorkshire tea, mint tea, pomegranate and apple tea and decaf coffee if anyone wants one.
