For the first Supper Club at Louie On Sea, its me, Chef Ana Da Costa, self- proclaimed hot sauce queen with a passion for Macanese, Portuguese and Chinese cuisine!
Growing up in Macau, I was exposed to a rich tapestry of flavours, textures, and spices, which have influenced my culinary style and inspired me to experiment with new combos and techniques.
My dishes combine traditional ingredients with modern twists for an exciting culinary experience.

MENU 1
Trout tartare, crispy rice and nori treat, trout roe
Pomelo, pork floss and spicy beansprout salad
Pan fried leek and smoked tofu dumplings with mushroom XO sauce (vegan)
Steamed chicken served with white rice, stir fried green and chicken broth
Pandan creme caramel (vegetarian)
MENU 2
Soy pickled mushrooms, crispy rice and nori treat, piquanté peppers (vegan)
Pomelo, mushroom floss and spicy beansprout salad (vegan)
Pan fried leek and smoked tofu dumplings with mushroom XO sauce (vegan)
Veggie Minchi, white rice, stirred greens (vegan)
Pandan creme caramel (vegetarian)
