We will teach you how to cook the most delicious Eggs Benedict with the cracking Clarence Court Eggs as well as a healthy side of the best goddamn Bloody Mary’s you have ever set your taste buds on!

The class will begin with a demonstration showing how to master The Hollandaise Sauce and how to perfectly poach an egg. Then it is your turn to get stuck in, in no time you will have put together an amazing brunch for yourselves. Students will also prepare and bake some Soda bread, this recipe requires very little kneading and tastes delicious!

Having learnt and cooked these dishes you will then have the chance to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour accompanied by an ice-cold Bloody Mary.
