We still have a wide selection of salamis, hams and olives that we brought back form Spain so we will start off the evening with a platter of these quickly followed by several cheese boards - we won't get them all on one ....

There will be at least 14 different cheeses including;
Stinking Bishop - infamous and unashamedly smelly
Torta di Gorgonzola - a "cake" of Italy's most famous cheeses Gorgonzola and Mascarpone
Quicke's Mature Cheddar - full bodied, tangy and packs a punch (not me, the cheese!!)
Ossau-Iraty - a French cheese with an AOC status that has been made the same way for 150 years.
Crottin D'Anton - this goats cheese will be served warm with a drizzle of Darwen honey.
Home made Labneh - always a winner at dinner.
Manchego - from La Mancha.
Mature Stilton and fig bake - perfect with hunks of crusty bread to dunk into.
The now famous Cauliflower Cheese Cake.
Blue D'Affinois - we like a bit of blue .... !!

Biscuits of every manner, description and crunch, served with walnuts, slices of roasted pear, membrillo and home made chutneys.
