On Saturday night we invite a convocation of all plant-lovers to dine with Stu Henshall as he serves up TransPLANT: a plant-based menu of artisan vegan dishes. Sup meticulously paired wines provided by our partners Waitrose. Spaces are very limited for this experience, with only 30 tickets per evening, as an additional top-up to your festival ticket.

Spiced cauliflower bisque with roasted sunflower crumble and garlic oil
Main
A wild mushroom filled herbed wheat fillet on a bed of courgetti in a cashew “cream” sauce with pickled root vegetables
Dessert
A trio of desserts – Hokey pokey chilli chocolate parfait with cherries and almonds, mango and ginger cheesecake, and a sticky toffee pudding with matcha nice cream
