This month's theme is Spanish cuisine where we will be serving some Spanish classics like Prawn Pil Pil, Padron Peppers, Bacalao (Salt Cod). and of course, Sangria.
Our 12 guests sit at two large tables, some come alone, some in groups, after the complimentary cocktail, conversation always flows. We lovingly handcraft each dish from scratch. Come along and meet the Good Thyme gang. Good food, good vibes, good thymes guaranteed.

Bacalao Salado con pimientos y tomates – Salt Cod with peppers and tomatoes, served with rice. GF
Chuletas de Cordero con salsa de higos -Lamb cutlets with fresh fig sauce, served with sweet potatoes & seasonal vegetables. GF
Desserts
Churros – Spanish classic, sugar coated deep fried dough served with various dipping sauces.
Pastel de Pera Rioja – Light sponge cake cooked with Rioja soaked pears served with homemade ice cream. (GF on request)
