What to expect;
A welcome glass of Moroccan Orange & Mint Prosecco on arrival
Our cookery session will start with an introduction to Moroccan spices and we will create traditional Ras-el-hanout spice mix.
Moroccan Spiced Carrot Soup with basil oil & roasted pumpkin seeds
Stuffed Butternut Squash with Chestnut Mushrooms, Sweet Peppers, caramelized onions & Ras-el-hanout spices
I will share my secret to a decadent squash roast that you can customise for an enjoyable suprise everytime.
Saffron Cous Cous with pomegranates
Master a recipe for a flavourful cous cous with saffron.
For dessert, elegant spice poached peaches with date syrup served with oat & nut crumbs (gluten & nut free alternative available)
Moroccan Mint Tea to end your sumptuous supper
If you cannot make this date, please send a request for your preferred date
Recipe sheets will be emailed to you and the spice mix you make will be elegantly packed for you to take home. Please advise on dietary requirements. Please note that nuts are regularly used in my kitchen.

Went ok but there seemed to be some technical problems and it was hard to hear host at times. Recipe was ok but didn't match the ingredients our host actuslly used quantity wise.

Lovley there were a few challenges with guests logging on which meant we were delayed by 20 mins not the lovely lists fault .good instructions v friendly lovley vibe . I personally didn’t like the flavour and consistency of the dish but it was a fun experience and I so appreciate she did the class for free xx

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
