Event Information

I haven't cooked Vietnamese for a while so come with me on an aromatic, intoxicating explosive culinary journey, a feast for the senses and all in a box with no washing up. Please don't order this if you have a nut allergy, peanuts and coconuts feature heavily in these dishes. If you managed to get on a Cuckoo Gin Vietnamese supperclub event you'll know all about the Vietnamese crack !!

Sticky soya and honey salmon.

Chicken satay.

Miso Aubergine.

Pad Thai noodle salad.

Cucumber kimchi style salad.

Carrot and coconut Sambal salad.

Mixed pots of chili jam, peanut and ginger dip and Vietnamese crack.

This is definitely easy to adapt to dietary requirements so let me know what works best for you and I will amend/substitute the bits in the box accordingly.

Please choose from;

A I'll have a bit of as much as you can get into the box including some sticky salmon.

B I'll have a bit of as much as you can get into the box including some chicken satay.

C Miso aubergine for me.
