You're in for a treat today - we're cooking with all the family recipes that I grew up with. Come with a happy appetite!

Shrimp salad
This is one of my great-grandmother's recipes - A green leaf salad topped with prawns and a creamy, pepper dressing.

Roast Turkey with stuffing and gravy
Slow roasted for at least half the day, so so good! The bird will be stuffed with a homemade combination of chopped bread and minced veg and spices. It all melts together during cook time.

Asparagus
Mashed sweet potato
Potato gratin
Green Peas

Homemade Cranberry sauce
It's better than the tinned stuff! Cooked together with lime and oranges for a zesty-sweet relish.

And of course Pumpkin Pie for dessert! We'll also have a selection of teas and coffee for everyone afterwards.
