Oysters from served with Shallot and red wine vinegar
Asparagus wrapped in Parma ham served with homemade hollandaise
Mozzarella, basil and cherry tomatoes with balsamic glaze
Quails eggs with celeriac salt
Bread sticks with beetroot and feta dip
Starter:
Poached pear with blue cheese sauce served with watercress
Fish Course:
Skrei with smoky chorizo and clam sauce
Main Course:
Fillet of Venison with wild mushroom sauce served with a selection of green vegetables
Pudding:
Rhubarb and custard
Cheese board from the hungry guest and a coffee

Sarah and her family were lovely hosts, the walk isn't wheelchair or pushchair accessible, but we were ok to carry small children, so that didn't actually detract from the fun of our walk. This is the first event of this kind that we have attended and the mix of people was all very different, but all very friendly and this has definitely converted us into trying a few more events. Thanks to everybody for being so welcoming.

Fantastic host and family, fabulous food in a lovely setting with bright blue skies and a fire pit to keep us warm. Followed by a relaxing countryside walk together with families, children and dogs and a little mud to add to the fun! Well done Sarah and hope to see you again soon.

Sarah was super, an excellent host. The food was fab, the quiz was very entertaining and a great ‘icebreaker’. The atmosphere was very relaxed and jovial.
