Hop on board the African Express, where we will explore a region of my glorious continent through magical food.
This week join us for a culinary adventure to Casablanca for tagines, vibrant summer salads and more to add a burst of sunshine to our weekend!
As usual, food will be served as a sharing feast on the table. Whether you bring yourself, family or friends, we will be one at the table.

Went ok but there seemed to be some technical problems and it was hard to hear host at times. Recipe was ok but didn't match the ingredients our host actuslly used quantity wise.

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
