This is definitely easy to adapt to dietary requirements so let me know what works best for you and I will amend/substitute the bits in the box accordingly. Please do not book this event if your taste buds don’t like coriander, coriander is featured very heavily in all the dishes and would be impossible to pick out.

Three tubs of either Pineapple pachadi, onion, tomato and chilli jam, raita, beetroot borani, Achara a pickled vegetable mix and Indian spiced carrot kraut, I will try to mix them up so if you are ordering more than one box you'll get a selection.

One of two “waters” one coriander and ginger based and one tamarind and date.

There will be either a box of poppadum to eat with it or a box of pani puri if I can get hold of them hence the slight increase in price.
