Muhemere - mixture of crushed red pepper, walnut, garlic, mixed herbs and pomegranate juice
Joji - Special Kurdish cheese made of skimmed milk, yogurt, fresh dill, mint, olive and olive oil
Dolme - organic sundried aubergine and pepper stuffed with mixed herbs, mixed spices and finely chopped lamb and rice served with creamy home-made yogurt and sumac juice.
Balcan - aubergine with garlic and mixed herbs cooked in rich tomato sauce.

Tir?ik - mixed vegetables with garlicky fresh tomato sauce, garnished with fresh herbs and served with Kurdish bulgur wheat

Shêx Me?hî (aubergine and courgettes stuffed with finely chopped lamb, sultanas, red peppers, onions, garlic, herbs and served with rich tomato sauce)

Xashleme - Chicken, potato, carrots, chickpeas, mixed herbs and served with chicken juice and bulgur rice

Hêjîr - desert made with figs, pomegranate juice and walnuts
