Join Lerato at one of her indulgent experiences where you will learn to create Gourmet Chocolate Truffles while being treated to African inspired Afternoon Tea with botanical cocktails and a selection of teas.
You will use fair trade, organic cocoa, 70 - 75% West African dark chocolate and decadent ingredients like your own nut butter and dates for unprocessed sugar-free truffles.
Your creations will be packed for you to take home to share or not to share!
All ingredients, equipment and aprons are provided for you. *Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. Nuts are used in the kitchen and will be stated if used in any recipe
You will be welcomed with cocktails before the first step of melting chocolate to create the base for your truffles.
While the chocolate is left to set you will be treated to African inspired afternoon tea with flavourful savouries and sweets before making the fillings for your truffles and rolling them.
WHAT YOU WILL MAKE
Chocolate Truffles with a choice of Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter, Hazelnut Butter fillings which you will also make in this workshop.

Went ok but there seemed to be some technical problems and it was hard to hear host at times. Recipe was ok but didn't match the ingredients our host actuslly used quantity wise.

Lovley there were a few challenges with guests logging on which meant we were delayed by 20 mins not the lovely lists fault .good instructions v friendly lovley vibe . I personally didn’t like the flavour and consistency of the dish but it was a fun experience and I so appreciate she did the class for free xx

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
