Join Lerato Umah-Shaylor of Lerato Foods for a unique African inspired Supper Club with WeFiFo at Waitrose in Hove.
This feast is an adventure across the continent with vibrant African flavours, using the great produce from Waitrose. We will serve perfectly matched wines, hand selected by Waitrose wine experts.
You will be seated with fellow diners sharing a feast in true African style.
Doors open at 18:00, first course served at 18:30.
Your feast includes all listed below, with a choice of lamb or aubergine for the main course. Please email lerato@leratofoods.com to specify vegan or vegetarian request or for any questions about the menu.

Cream Liqueur is distilled from the fermented fruit of the South Africa native marula tree & aged for three years (v)

Went ok but there seemed to be some technical problems and it was hard to hear host at times. Recipe was ok but didn't match the ingredients our host actuslly used quantity wise.

Lovley there were a few challenges with guests logging on which meant we were delayed by 20 mins not the lovely lists fault .good instructions v friendly lovley vibe . I personally didn’t like the flavour and consistency of the dish but it was a fun experience and I so appreciate she did the class for free xx

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
