Ever been to Ethiopia - me neither, but it looks like the only way I am going to travel this side of 2025 is via food so come with me to the land of legends and mystery. Ethiopian food is the spiciest of all the African countries so leans to a curry type of cuisine. Berbere, the key ingredient to this dish is a blend of 12 different spices and be warned it does have a bit of a kick.

Please don't come out if you have any Covid19 symptoms, if you are being cautious and need the food to be dropped off let me know when you book and I will do my best to get it to you as long as it is in the Darwen/Blackburn area.

Served with some roasted root vegetables and rice, please choose from either

A Chicken

B Aubergine (vegan)

Here's how this is going to work;

Pay online via wefifo so no money changes hands and you don't have to touch a card terminal.

I'll be watching out for you so when you get here park in front of the house or on the drive, stay in your car and I will come out and put the pre packed salads on the back seat or in the boot.
