Event Information

We should eat at least two portion of fish a week but quite often people don't manage this partly because they don't know what to do with it! Let me share my love of seafood with you and show you how easy it is to cook with and what magical dishes can be conjured up.

We are going to start with a trip down to Darwen market to my favourite fish stall where you will choose two types of fish or shellfish to cook then we will head off back to the kitchen. We will eat both dishes for lunch as we finishes cooking them.

You will get a copy of the recipes to take home with you and if there are any ingredients or spices that you might struggle to get hold of then you can take those too. If this date or time doesn't suit you then please get in touch and we can rearrange it to fit in with your diary.
