Join me for a culinary adventure as I share my secrets to cooking vibrant and sumptuous feasts with seasonal produce inspired by cuisine from Africa and beyond. These classes are inspired by my days cooking on live television in Africa. Whether I am teaching people physically or on television, I find so much joy in sharing good food with people especially celebrating vibrant African cuisine married with great British seasonal produce.
Your cookery session will start with cocktails and canapés followed by an introduction to African cooking, the regional inspirations for recipes on the menu, spices and unique African produce and superfoods. I will share my secrets to both traditional and contemporary African foods and how you can incorporate them in your cooking using the best of the season to dazzle friends and family.

Lorato was lovely. She made everyone feel comfortable. The recipe was very clearly explained. I don't use chilli much but was able to put just the right amount in, thanks to her explanations. My son popped in a few times to help. And we all lived the food. Really lovely.
