MEATS SERVED AS BBG RODIZIO STYLE
our dedicated waitstaff will personally attend to each table, skillfully serving all the succulent cuts included in the menu, directly from the sizzling BBQ to our guests' awaiting plates.
• RUMP CAP STEAK (famous Picanha): A very tender cut of beef covered in a layer of flavour total fat, marinated in malt vinegar, garlic, and black pepper.
•NELORE HUMP MEAT (famous Cupin): The hump meat is marbled with intra-muscular fat, which gives it a rich flavour and tenderness when it is slow-cooked. It is marinated in malt vinegar, garlic, and black pepper.
• TOMAHAWK STEAK: An on-the-bone Rib Steak, cut from the Fore-rib with the entire rib bone left, marinated in our special sauce and sprinkled with seasoned rock salt before being placed on the BBQ.
• CHICEN THIGH: Juicy chicken thighs marinated for three days in our special sauce and sprinkled with seasoned rock salt before being grilled, with a hint of malt vinegar.
• TOSCANA SAUSAGE: Pure pork sausage with spices, herbs, salt & black pepper, preservatives and may contain traces of gluten.
• BEEF RIBS: Plate-on-bone Beef ribs marinated in our special sauce and sprinkled with seasoned rock salt before being slow-cooked for at least 3 hours
• PORK BELLY: Boneless pork belly is marinated for three days and sprinkled with seasoned rock salt just before being slow-cooked, full of juice and flavour.
• LAMB CHUMPS: Marinated in our special sauce for three days and sprinkled with seasoned rock salt just before going to the BBQ (MALT VINEGAR)

Great food, lovely atmosphere! It was brilliant to join a big family barbecue without having to take all our own kit to the beach. The kids loved it too - we would definitely join your party again!
