Join James Whetlor for a unique Supper Club in collaboration with WeFiFo and Waitrose at Waitrose Keynsham Cafe.
Alongside the menu, we'll serve perfectly matched wines, hand selected by Waitrose’s wines specialists.
As with all my supper clubs, you’ll be seated with fellow diners on sharing tables.
Doors open at 18:00, first course served at 18:30. The Supper Club will finish at 9pm.
I'll be serving up a three-course feast, using the best seasonal ingredients.
Starter:
Piedmontese peppers
Roasted romano peppers stuffed with anchovy, garlic, basil and tomato
Main:
Rosemary and Honey Lamb Shoulder with Baked Borlotti Beans and Greens
Dessert:
Salted Caramel Mousse with Dark Chocolate and Biscuits
Price includes paired wines.

I will have limited capability to cater for dietary requirements without advance warning, due to the set menu nature of the event, so please let us know about anything relevant prior to booking your tickets.
The event will take place within the Waitrose cafe, within store opening hours.

We had a great time at flour and ash. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was exquisite. Would definitely recommend it.

The food was fine. Not exceptional. The evening could have benefited from some canapes to go with the fizz. The starter needed to have some bread with it but was only served once a few of us asked. Who was my host? Waitrose or the chef? The chef appeared for half a minute to tell us what the menu was. We had that written down in front of us so..... It would have been nice if he'd appeared after dessert which incidentally was the best part of the meal.
