This is one of my dad's favourite dishes - chicken legs roasted with cherry plum tomatoes, cannellini beans, garlic, basil and new potatoes. As the chicken and tomatoes roast in the oven it covers the cannellinin beans and potatoes in a sweet sticky glaze - it is seriously delicious.

Halloumi with roasted carrot, mint and ginger tomatoes with a cider vinegar, Dijon mustard and honey dressing.

Served with vegetables.

Sticking with the Italian themed main course for pudding there will be tiramisu - a classic desert found on all Italian menus. Mascarpone and eggs are whipped up in to a frenzy and then layered in-between espresso coffee soaked sponge.

There might even been some homemade ice cream in the freezer.

If you have room there is a selection of foreign and local cheese some hard, some soft - so soft they are practically gooey served with grapes, walnuts, figs and biscuits.

Freshly ground coffee served with a variety of after dinner mints. There is also Yorkshire tea, mint tea, green tea, liquorice tea, pomegranate and apple tea and decaf coffee if anyone wants one.
