Event Information

The love for our Tapas classes is fast becoming legendary now! With spring approaching and the days becoming longer and hopefully warmer what perfect way then to embrace the Spanish way of life and the passion that fills the room whenever Carolina teaches her classes! We might change some seasonally available foods but you will be making 6 wonderfully tasty Tapas.

Tapas with Carolina Catala-Fortuny – Saturday 17th March 2018, 11am – 2pm

•Tortilla de patatas y cebolla – Traditional Spanish omelette
•Broqueta de gamba y chorizo – Prawn and chorizo skewers
• Pimientos del Padrón – Pan fried Padrón peppers
•Montaditos de sobrasada, Mahón y miel – Sobrasada with Mahón cheese and honey on crusty bread
•Champiñones al ajillo – Sautéed mushroom with garlic and sherry
•Crema Catalana amb carquinyolis – Traditional Catalan custard dessert
