Celebrate Veganuary by learning how to make show stopping vegan meals. I will teach you how to make vegan dishes that your whole family will love.
Making vegan salads and side dishes is easy, but making vegan show stopping main meals? Well, that can be a little trickier. I will be teaching you how to make show stopping main meals using only healthy and nutritious whole grains and vegetables. No animal products allowed! This course will be, in part, celebrating Veganuary, a whole month dedicated to trying plant-based meals. But don’t be intimidated! This course isn’t for strict vegans and is well suited for vegetarians or flexitarians (like me!) trying to reduce their animal consumption.
I’ll teach you the techniques used to create each of the dishes, and let you get hands on experience creating the meal. This course will be 2 hours long, which will give you plenty of time to make the meal, and sit with the other students as you eat what you have prepared. You will also walk away with printed recipes for you to take home to remember how you made all of the delicious dishes.

Cauliflower steak with chimichurri and pomegranate seeds

Eleanor had a lot of knowledge that she was more than happy to share. It was amazing to get to work with someone who has worked in professional kitchens as a chef as well as developing food for really interesting brands. As someone who cooks a lot knife skills are so valuable for everyday cooking and the food we made together was fantastic. I'll definitely be taking home lots of tips, recipe ideas, and a really fun experience. Also- what an amazing kitchen. The learning kitchen Eleanor has set up us fantastic, definitely felt like being at cookery school.

Eleanor held an interesting and fun pasta and gnocchi making event. Having first assessed our relative skill levels, we got involved in a variety of tasks. Overall, we made three complete dishes. What we were not able to eat at the event, the family at home thoroughly enjoyed later.
