Event Information

We round off the weekend on Sunday evening with full bellies with Joe Docherty’s hearty feast for the tastebuds, paired with hand crafted beers from Little Beer Corporation. Or sup meticulously paired wines provided by our partners Waitrose. Spaces are very limited for this experience, with only 30 tickets per evening, as an additional top-up to your festival ticket.

Nicoise
Hot Smoked Salmon, Smoked Salmon Scotch Quails Egg, Saffron Potato, Tapenade, French Beans, Macerated Baby Plum Tomato, Soused Onion
Paired with Running of the Bulls: This wheat beer hits all the right notes with its citrus tang of fresh blood oranges, a perfect companion to smoked salmon.
