Event Information

Join Rupert Cooper, owner of the Philleigh Way Cookery School, for a unique Supper Club at the Waitrose Truro Café. Rupert will be preparing a delicious four-course menu, perfectly paired with
Waitrose wines.

As with all our Supper Clubs, you’ll be seated with fellow diners on sharing tables and enjoy shared platters.

The Supper Club will run from 6:00pm till 8:30pm.

This menu is all the things I love to eat! That's how I create my menus, would I eat it? I hope you enjoy the menu and I look forward to sharing a glass of Waitrose's finest with you all.

This is a set Supper Club menu.

Appetizer : Squash & onion bhaji with mint yogurt

Starter : Beetroot tatin, blue cheese dressing with pear & chicory salad

Main : Lamb, Jerusalem artichoke puree, crispy kale with roasted shallot and red wine sauce.

Dessert : Pear tart, prune & rum ice cream with nut brittle.
