Roast rack of Saddleback pork with wild garlic stuffing
homemade apple sauce, fennel gratin, cavolo nero, hassle back potatoes and Calvados gravy.

with white wine poached rhubarb & homemade gingernut biscuit.

Due to the social nature of our event and the current situation surrounding COVID19 we kindly ask that for everyone's comfort and enjoyment proof of double vaccination or a negative test is supplied on arrival. Due the the bespoke nature of our event cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be eligible for a 50% refund only. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
