You can have as much of any or all of the salads you like the sound of but please let me know if you would like either chicken, salmon or potato Aloo Ki Tikki just so I know roughly how much to cook.

Two “waters” one coriander and ginger based and one tamarind and date.

I will try and get hold of some pani puri to eat with the salads - Puri is a deep fried puffed up, hollow ball made by millions of Indians at home and can be found on street food stalls. Usually eaten for breakfast or as a snack, if I can't get hold of them then there's always poppadoms!

I am not making a pudding today but there will be lots of tasty treats from The Brinscal Baker for you to purchase at the distillery.
