Event Information

The forecast for this weekend is looking dreadful, rain, wind and the possibility of snow (who knew it could still snow in May!) It might be cold outside but inside, inside is golden, yellow, warm and delicious.

Basically it's chicken simmered in a sauce of saffron and a unique blend of spices, served with a pile of saffron rice which is flecked with tiny, tart dried "barberries". You will get a tub of fresh "shirazi salad" and a small tub of garlic infused yoghurt to serve on the side, you just provide the bread/flatbread to wipe up that last bit of sauce from your plate.
