Join me at my home in Cheshunt for an Italian Feast. As an award winning chef I own my own chain of restaurants, spend more time in the board room than I'd want to and desperately miss being in the kitchen. I of course have full level three (not two!) food hygiene certification. All my restaurants have five star FSA scores on the doors and my home is no differently kept. I really look forward to welcoming new people and cooking for you! :)
